- We have published courses on embedded C, microcontroller programming, RTOS programming, embedded Linux, and Linux device driver development. If you are starting your career in the domain of embedded programming or if you want to learn how to program the microcontroller and its peripherals coding from scratch, then you are at the right place.
- Manage your system with the help of this tool. Sysview is an easy to use application designed to enable you to see and modify various system properties - such as all open windows, processes.

Overview¶
On the identifiers in the connect call. Microsoft provides the Microsoft ODBC Driver Manager. CA Datacom Server ODBC Driver (Workstation) The CA Datacom Server driver is a 32/64-bit thread-safe ODBC 3.5 compliant driver. Drivers, connected to ODBC, interpret calls from the Microsoft ODBC Driver Manager and make calls to CA Datacom/DB.

This sample application uses the kernel system logger and publishes eventsthrough the SEGGER RTT protocol, making it available to the SEGGERSystemView application.
Requirements¶
- Board supported by J-Link (list of supported boards)
- The board might require a special bootloader, also available from SEGGER
Building and Running¶
- Follow the instructions to install J-Link and SystemView software on yourcomputer
- Open J-Link Commander. On Linux, its executable is named
JLinkExe
:
- Issue the “connect” command. If it’s the only connected board,
Enter
can be pressed at theDevice>
prompt. - Select the target interface. Some devices only support the
SWD
type,so select it by typingS
followed byEnter
. - At the
Speed>
prompt, select the interface polling frequency. Thedefault of 4000kHz is sufficient, but a higher frequency can be specified. - Once the connection has been successful, an output similar to this oneshould be produced:
- Now open SystemView. Select the option Start Recording from theTarget menu (or press
F5
), choose USB, the target device (in thiscase,MK64FN1M0XXX12
), and confirm that the target interface and speedmatches the ones selected in J-Link Commander. The RTT Control BlockDetection can be left on Auto Detection. - Once OK is clicked, information will be pulled from the device as usual:threads, interrupts, and other information will be populatedautomatically.
